TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Ticketing & Entry
1.1 Ticket Requirement
All attendees must hold a valid ticket (free or paid) for entry to the Event site, including access to the clubhouse and grounds. All those 16 and over must have purchased a standard or VIP ticket for any event.
1.2 Ticket Types & Pricing
Friday Comedy Night

Standard Ticket: £15

Add-on with any Saturday ticket: £5
Saturday Music Festival

Standard (16+): £20 (maximum 2,500 available)

VIP: £45 (maximum 200 available)

Under 16s: Free (subject to ratio restrictions below)
1.3 Early Bird Offers
All standard Saturday tickets are priced at £20.

Super Early Bird (mid-February – 31st March): Includes 2 free Saturday drink tokens (alcoholic OR non-alcoholic)

Early Bird (1st April – 31st May): Includes 1 free Saturday drink token (alcoholic OR non-alcoholic)
Free drink tokens:

Are non-transferable
-
Have no cash value
-
Are valid only on Saturday 12th September 2026
1.4 Club Members

All current cricket and social members are entitled to one (1) free standard Saturday ticket.

Free member tickets must be booked online before 31st May 2025.

After 31st May 2025, no free member tickets will be available.

Members must hold a valid ticket (free or paid) to enter the grounds or clubhouse on the day.

Membership status may be verified.
1.5 Under 16s Policy
-
Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+).
-
Maximum ratio: 2 Under 16s per 1 adult.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry where this ratio is exceeded.
1.6 VIP Tickets Include
VIP ticket holders will receive:

Access to exclusive VIP area

Private VIP bar

Private VIP toilets
-
Close proximity to the stage

1x complimentary food voucher

1x complimentary drink voucher
VIP vouchers:

Are non-transferable

Have no cash value

Must be used on the day of the Event

The Organiser reserves the right to amend timings, artists or programming without prior notice.
3. Entry Conditions
3.1 Prohibited Items
The following are strictly prohibited:

Alcohol (no alcohol may be brought onto site)

Illegal substances
-
Dogs or other animals (except registered assistance dogs)

Weapons or items deemed dangerous
-
Any item deemed inappropriate or unsafe by security staff
Bag checks may be conducted. Confiscated items will not be returned.
3.2 Right of Refusal
The Organiser reserves the right to:

Refuse entry
-
Remove any person behaving dangerously, irresponsibly, or anti-socially
-
Remove any person in breach of these Terms & Conditions
No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
4.1 Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of full cancellation of the Event.

Refunds will not be issued for inability to attend, change of line-up, or weather conditions.
4.2 Event Changes
The Event will proceed in most weather conditions.
In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control (including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, force majeure), liability will be limited to the face value of the ticket.
5. Sponsorship & Commercial Activity
5.1 Sponsors
Official sponsors will receive benefits as agreed in separate sponsorship agreements.
5.2 Unauthorised Promotion
No unauthorised trading, advertising, or promotional activity may take place without prior written consent from the Organiser.
6. Safety & Liability
6.1 Personal Responsibility
Attendees enter the Event at their own risk.
The Organiser accepts no liability for:

Loss, theft or damage to personal property

Injury sustained unless caused by negligence of the Organiser
6.2 Photography & Media
The Event will be photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to:

Being photographed or recorded

Your image being used for future marketing and promotional purposes
If you do not wish to appear in media content, please notify the Organiser in advance.
7. Food & Drink

Alcohol will be available for purchase on site.
-
Challenge 25 policy may apply — valid ID is required for participants.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse alcohol sales.
8. Car Parking
Car parking arrangements will be confirmed and communicated by 31st May 2026. Parking may be limited and subject to additional conditions.
9. General

Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change.

The Organiser’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Event.
